Can I try it before paying?
The Individual plan lets you experience the full voice-to-ticket workflow. When you're ready for more notes, members, and repos, upgrade to Startup or Business.
What happens when I hit my note limit?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt. Existing tickets and data are never deleted or locked. You just can't record new notes until the next month or until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What does 'private inference' mean?
On Startup and Business plans, your voice notes and ticket data are processed using AI provider tiers that contractually prohibit training on your data. The Individual plan uses standard API tiers.
Do I need a GitHub repo to use 7seven?
Not at all. GitHub integration is optional and adds code-aware context to AI summaries. 7seven works great as a standalone voice-to-ticket tool.
What's the difference between multi-assign and lead role?
Multi-assign (Startup) lets you add multiple people to a ticket as members. Lead role (Business) lets you designate one assignee as the lead who controls status, severity, and can manage other assignees.
